Mr. Vu Ngoc Anh – Deputy Director of CSDP: graduated MA in Development Research at Manchester Univercity, UK in 1999. He has 15-years experience in project design, management and evaluation for international institution in Vietnam (MCC, ActionAid, UNDP). Now, he is a specialist in project design, implementation, M&E; Assessment of local capacity; SEDP formulation and M&E; Development of strategy and poverty reduction and rural development programmes; Mico-finance; TOT; PPA.

Dr. Nguyen Van Huan – Head of Research Unit, CSDP’s Senior Researcher: graduated PhD in Economics, Vietnam Economics Institute in 1994. Dr. Huan attended training courses on community development, PPA methods... in the Philipines and Thailand. Now, Dr. Huan is the Head of Department for Regional Economic Development Research, Vietnam Economics Institute cum CSDP’s Senior Researcher. Dr Huan is an expert in development research, local governance, assessment of local capacity, training, poverty studies and sustainable development. Dr Huan was responsible as a team leader for a number of researches and consultancies funded by UNDP, WB, ADB, AAV, PLAN, CECI, CIDA, SCUK...

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tu, Snr. Reseacher at CSDP earned a master degree in International Business from University of Sydney, Australia in 2006. During her 15 years working for UNHCR, and ActionAid she had many opportunities to travel around the world which helped her gain lots of experiences in conducting research/poverty assessment, managing and supervising micro-projects for Vietnamese Returnees and community development programmes. Particularly, she invested most of her time recently in marketing, fundraising internationally and projects related to Child's Rights.

Mr. Duong Thanh Trung – Researcher: graduated Master of Economics of Development from The Institute of Social Studies, the Hague, the Netherlands and Hanoi National Economics University, Vietnam (2000). Trung has expriences in several researching projects on Business Enabling Environment, and Administrative Procedure Simplification in Vietnam. Trung is good at researching skills, information analysis, data processing, and field works implementation.

Ms. Doan Thi Thanh Thuy – Administration Officer Cum Cashier: graduated Bacherlor in English Studies, Teachers Foreign Language College, Hanoi National University, 2001. Ms. Thuy has joined CSDP since its forming stage. Before, she has more than 5 years training.

Ms. Tran Thi Chau Giang – Accountant: graduated Bacherlor of Economic, Hanoi Finance Academy, 2002. Ms. Giang has more than 5 years working with ODA project and project accounting. She has joined CSDP since October 2008.
