Introduction

The Centre for Sustainable Development Policy Studies (CSDP) is a science and technology institution, established under the Decision No. 431/QĐ-KHXH of the VASS President, registered for science and technology activities No. 179/ĐK-KHCN. CSDP operates as an autonomous and self-financing scientific organization under the Law on Science and Technology, and the Decree No. 115/NĐ-CP.


CSDP’s fields of activities include:
(i) Conducting research of economic, social and environmental issues in Viet Nam and providing policy advice;
(ii) Providing consultancy services on development matters for local governments, projects, organizations, and enterprises;
(iii) Collaborating with interested partners in providing training courses on policy analysis, improving socio-economic development planning and M&E, project design and management...
(iv) Collaborating with interested domestic and international partners in the field of sustainable development.


Vision

Sustainable development became the foundation of the building process and implementation of policies, strategies and plans for economic development - economic development in Vietnam.

Mission

To collaborate with domestic and international scientists and practitioners in conducting research, exchange and consultancy on economic, social and environmental issues, and using them to provide policy advice on sustainable development in the context of Viet Nam joining WTO and intensifying globalization processes.

y of research and consulting services to best meet customer demands; to mobilize and utilize reasonably resources and to organize well implementation of activities for effective operations.
