Dr. Nguyen Van Huan, PhD in Economics, Vietnam Economics Institute in 1994. Dr. Huan attended training courses on community development, PPA methods... in the Philipines and Thailand. Now, Dr. Huan is the Head of Department for Regional Economic Development Research, Vietnam Economics Institute cum CSDP’s Senior Researcher. Dr Huan is an expert in development research, local governance, assessment of local capacity, training, poverty studies and sustainable development. Mr. Vu Ngoc Anh, MA in Development Research at Manchester Univercity, UK in 1999. He has 15-years experience in project design, management and evaluation for international institution in Vietnam (MCC, ActionAid, UNDP). Now, he is a specialist in project design, implementation, M&E; Assessment of local capacity; SEDP formulation and M&E; Development of strategy and poverty reduction and rural development programmes; Mico-finance; TOT; PPA.

Mr. Phan Duy Toan, Master in Project Management at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia in 1996. Mr. Toan has experiences in governance, project management, poverty assessment, monitoring and evaluation...

Mr. Dao Trong Khang, MBA: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Slovakia Technology University in Bratislava, 1985. Master of Business Administration, Heriot-Watt University, UK, 2006. Mr Khang has a lot of experience in Training, Human Resource Management, Administration etc. Today he is the Chaiman and Director in DTK Consulting Co., Ltd (please refer to website www.dtkconsulting.com for more information).

Mr. Do Thanh Lam graduated as Agronomic Engineer, La Havana Superior Institute of Agricultural Sciences (ISCAH), Cuba in 1987; Master in Agricultural and Aquatic Systems, AIT, Thailand in 1995. Mr. Lam has experiences in running training courses for practionners in development; research and policy advice, coordination and management of development programmes, poverty reduction, business and market development, etc.with international ogranizations (UNDP, Oxfam GB, SNV, and AIT in Thailand), companies and governmental organizations at different levels. Mr. Lam is now the Portfolio Coordinator for North-West Programme, SNV in Vietnam.
