PEAP Baseline Survey in Quang Tri and Ha Giang provinces

Project PEAP (Poverty Eradication Action Plan) is the next phase of PPDP (Pro-poor Participatory Development Project), which has been implemented by Plan International in Vietnam since 2008. PEAP has currently been implemented in 6 provinces including Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Quang Binh, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho and Ha Giang aiming at helping vulnerable groups (children, poor people and ethnic minorities) to have a better and easy access to public services as well as to have an opportunity to participate in planning and implementing SEDP.

Last December 2011, CSDP funded by Plan Vietnam conducted a baseline survey on “M&E Indicator Analysis and Primary Database Collection”, in Ha Giang and Quang Tri provinces. At present, data collection in the field have just completed, followed by the Assessment Reports to be finished by the beginning of January 2012. Another baseline survey will be conducted in Phu Tho province within January 2012.
